When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Approximately 3-5 business days. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. 

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a UPS tracking number. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email our customer service representative, Erin at erin@fallonandava.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email our customer service representative, Erin at erin@fallonandava.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States. We hope to ship internationally in the near future.
